What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth, compliant delivery of financial services
  • Support and manage client service and administrative teams
  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, operational strategy, and growth KPIs
  • Refine and implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure all business activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Contribute to hiring, training, and professional development of team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–6+ years in business operations or management, ideally within financial services
  • Strong understanding of compliance, client service workflows, and financial operations
  • Leadership experience managing small or mid-sized teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with CRM platforms, financial software, and workflow management tools
